Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take?
Every piece is made to order in China. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping takes 7–12 business days to the US (about 2–4 weeks total). The Memorial Keepsake Kit takes 15–25 business days.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on all orders over $70.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to activate. You can follow it at 17track.net.
Returns & Exchanges
What if my item arrives damaged or isn’t right?
Contact us within 30 days with photos of the issue and we’ll make it right — a refund or a replacement, your choice.
Can I return something because I changed my mind?
Because every piece is made to order just for you, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns once production has started. Please check the size chart before ordering.
Sizing & Care
How do sizes run?
True to size with a unisex fit. Between sizes? We recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit. Check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
How should I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Do not bleach or iron directly on the print. The necklace should be wiped gently with a soft, dry cloth — do not machine wash it.
The Memorial Keepsake Kit
What exactly do I get?
Choose your T-shirt first (style, color and size) — that’s the main item. Inside the kit you’ll also find a free DIY memorial frame gift: a paw-print ornament and a hair storage bottle, plus a gift box, photo cards and stickers as pictured. Please allow 15–25 business days for the kit.
Custom Necklace
How do I order a custom necklace?
Choose the CUSTOMIZED style, place your order, then email enck1822@gmail.com (or WhatsApp +86 193 2477 4848) with your order number and the photo or design you want. We’ll confirm with you before production.
