Meimei World — Returns & Refunds
Because most of our items are made to order especially for you, we handle returns a little differently from a regular store.
30-day return window: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to contact us about a return or exchange.
What can be returned? Standard, non-customised items in new, unworn, unwashed condition, with tags attached: yes, within 30 days. Made-to-order / customised items: we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered by mistake, or because you changed your mind about the design — each piece is made just for you. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item: contact us within 30 days with photos, and we will offer a replacement or a refund. We will cover the return shipping in this case.
How to start a return: Email enck1822@gmail.com with your order number, the item, and photos if it is damaged or defective. We will reply with the return address and next steps. Please do not return anything before we confirm it.
Refunds: Once we receive and check your returned item, we will refund you to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to show the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is because of our error.
Exchanges: If you need a different size, email us first — we will do our best to help, and a new made-to-order item may take the normal production time (2–5 business days).
