Thank you for supporting Meimei World! Every item is made to order, just for you.
Where we ship from: All orders are handmade / made to order in China and shipped to the United States.
How long will my order take? Production: 2–5 business days after you place your order. Shipping to the US: 7–12 business days after production. Total delivery time: about 9–17 business days in most cases (roughly 2–4 weeks). Memorial Keepsake Kit: please allow 15–25 business days, as each kit is made to order.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen during holidays, peak seasons, and customs checks.
How much is shipping? Free US shipping on orders over $70. Orders under $70: shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.
Tracking: Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number by email. Please allow 1–2 business days after shipping for tracking to update.
Address changes: Please double-check your shipping address before you order. If you need to change it, email us at enck1822@gmail.com as soon as possible — we may not be able to change it once production has started.
