Meimei World — Terms of Service
Welcome to Meimei World (enck1822.cn), operated by tolemeimei. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our products: All Meimei World products are custom, made-to-order merchandise featuring the cat character Meimei. Product photos are for reference — colours and print placement may vary slightly because each item is made individually.
Orders and pricing: Prices are in US dollars (USD). We may correct pricing errors and cancel an affected order, with a full refund, if an error is found. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock.
Made-to-order production: Because items are made to order, production takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Please check size, colour, and design carefully before ordering — customised items cannot be returned for change of mind (see our Refund Policy).
Shipping: Delivery times on our Shipping Policy page are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Intellectual property: All Meimei designs, images, and text on this site belong to Meimei World / tolemeimei and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.
Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
