How long does production take?
Every item is made to order just for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons or promotions, production may take a little longer.

How long will shipping take?
After production, estimated delivery times are: United States 7–12 business days; United Kingdom 5–12; Canada 7–18; Australia 7–15; Europe 7–18; other countries 7–25. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs or carrier delays are out of our control.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — but only before production starts. Once your item goes into production, the order can't be modified or canceled, because it's being made specifically for you.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to activate. You can follow it at 17track.net.

What if my item arrives damaged or isn't right?
Contact us within 30 days with photos of the issue and we'll make it right — a refund or a replacement, your choice.

Is this an official Meimei product?
No — Meimei World is a fan-made shop. Our designs are inspired by Meimei, the internet's Tole Tole cat, and every piece is made to order for fans who love her.

How should I wash it?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Keep it away from water, perfume, and chemicals to keep the print vivid and the steel shiny. Do not machine wash.

How does the fit run?
The chain is adjustable and fits most neck sizes. If you need a specific length, tell us when you contact us about your order.
